These Days Planning & Event Co. was founded on the belief that your wedding day should feel just as good as it looks—not weighed down by stress, endless to-do lists, or the pressure of managing it all on your own.
I work with couples who want to be fully present—soaking in every moment. Through a service-driven approach and a genuine love for creating meaningful experiences, I step in to manage the details, coordinate the moving pieces, and keep everything running seamlessly.
From the carefully planned timeline to the quiet, behind-the-scenes problem solving, my goal is simple: to take the weight off your shoulders so you can experience your wedding day exactly as it’s meant to be—joy-filled, memorable, and completely yours.

I’m Hannah, the Owner of These are the Days Planning & Event Co. I’m so glad you’re here!
I’ve always been the kind of person who makes a plan for everything—color-coded, neatly organized, and probably living in a spreadsheet somewhere. By day, I bring that energy to life planning large-scale nonprofit events where there are a lot of moving pieces and details to keep track of (which, if you ask me, is the fun part).
When it comes to weddings, my heart is with down-to-earth couples who want to truly enjoy the process—not feel overwhelmed by it. I’m here to keep things organized and running smoothly so you can stay present for all the moments that matter most.
Beyond the timelines and to-do lists, I’m a busy mom to three adventurous boys and live in Central New York with my family (and our backyard chickens, of course). Life at home is a mix of muddy shoes, legos, and a little bit of chaos. I wouldn’t have it any other way. You’ll usually find me outside with my crew, dreaming up our next travel adventure, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen… sometimes successfully.
